_____

‘May the moon meet us apart, may the sun meet us together’ is a new virtual reality experience and video by artist Rindon Johnson in which we encounter a series of ocean dwelling creatures named Bists.

The piece was produced as part of 'Worlding with the Trouble' commission and production programme., initiated by Fabbula to support artists and thinkers to practice new ways of worlding.

On curating the artwork, Hans-Ulrich Obrist says:
“Rindon Johnson’s May the moon meet us apart, may the sun meet us together allows viewers to be immersed into a space of fluid dwelling. As eponymous to the exhibition, Johnson’s approach to WORLDBUILDING presents new realms of imagination come to life through technology – surroundings can be conceived of and altered, new realms can emerge; worlds can be built.”
