Our first sing-through of Vaults of Heaven 🎶

This was literally our first time singing it together… and we think they sound pretty bloody amazing already! 👀

Imagine this once the harmonies are polished, the band is in, the staging is there and we're on that stage… 🤩

🎭 Apparently 2026 is the year we're bringing back some old favourites… 👀

As we celebrate 21 years of Spotlight, we've been looking back at some of the shows that have made up our story over the years.

This October we're bringing back Whistle Down the Wind, which we first performed in 2013…

And apparently, one revival wasn't enough. 😂

🏘️ WELCOME BACK TO AVENUE Q!

These photos are from our production of Avenue Q back in 2015 — and in April 2027, we're heading back to the neighbourhood!

The best bit? Some of the kids who were part of Spotlight back then are now all grown up and old enough to join the Avenue themselves… alongside a few faces who might remember it the first time around. 👀

Looks like it's time to get those puppets back out of the cupboard… 😂

Its coming home to Spotlight ✨️

Over a decade since we last brought this much loved musical to the stage, we're delighted to be bringing Whistle Down the Wind back to The Roxy Theatre, Leadgate this October.

Whether you joined us for our previous production or experiencing it for the first time, we cant wait to share this unforgettable story with you all once again.

Featuring Andrew Lloyd Webber's soaring score and a story filled with hope, faith and compassion, this promises to be another truly special Spotlight production.

Wedding Bells for Two of Our Own!

Monday was a truly magical day as two of our much loved Spotlight family members tied the knot - Jenn and kieran! ✨️

From rehearsals and show weeks, to after show parties and us begging Kieran to "Pop" the question, we have loved watching this love story unfold, and we couldn’t be happier to celebrate this chapter with you both.

On behalf of Everyone at Spotlight Community Theatre Productions, we wish you both a lifetime filled with love, laughter, happiness, and many more adventures together!
