Très contente de pouvoir vous montrer la couverture que j'ai peinte pour La Sirène de Malcor de Solène Chartier !
Swipez pour voir dans l'ordre : la couverture entière, la quatrième de couverture, une version alternative avec un autre robe en croquis, et 4 croquis en couleur réalisés pendant la phase d'exploration.
C'était un projet très intéressant sur lequel travailler, avec beaucoup de réflexion en tandem avec l'autrice !
J'ai aussi réalisé des illustrations internes et des décorations, je montrerai ça dans d'autres posts.

Very happy to be able to show you the cover I painted for Solène Chartier's "La Sirène de Malcor" (The mermaid of Malcor) !
Swipe to see in order: the full cover, the back cover, an alternative sketch version with another dress, and 4 color sketches made during the exploration phase.
It was a very interesting project to work on, with a lot of brainstorming in tandem with the author!
I also did some internal illustrations and decorations, which I'll show in other posts.

Illustration I did in March 2023 for the fantasy illustration class at Swatches Academy (Clint and Diana Cearley).
The aim was to create a planeswalker-like illustration (Magic the Gathering) from a brief, and we had some freedom on the design of the mage.
Her name is Selena and her familiar is Pebbles✨

This is Wrae, a Verdan sorcerer I had the pleasure to draw for a DnD commission !
I must confess I wasn't familiar with the race of Verdans, but they are "continuously mutating goblinoids" which is why Wrae is gender fluid and physically changes genders ! It was really fun to do two versions of the same character ❤️
Wrae used to be a pirate and got their powers from a sea spirit that saved them from drowning by joining with their soul.

DnD character commission from last november, Aldren, the scarred !
During his battle with a red dragon he lost his arm and the dragon's claws tore into his back. He managed to kill the dragon but magic happened, souls fused and he got a new arm and scales healed in place of skin over the claw marks.

First a little study from a personal photo, I wanted to work on simplifying foliage. And the other two are a commission for a friend who wanted her two hamsters as pokemon cards, really cute !
