This afternoon we were joined by members of FIPRA as we collected our Soli for our i Reguregu to the VATUWAQA Family..❤❤..as we share with them their grief on the passing of their Mom, Mrs Vatuwaqa..

Mrs Vatuwaqa was the widow of the late Mr. Wise Vatuwaqa n Mom of one of our members n Supporter of FSMC, Mr Jerry Vatuwaqa of STAGE TECH..

On Wednesday 22nd of December, FSMC hosted a Fundraising Dinner at the Lali Room, Holiday Inn... The purpose of the Fundraising was to give Members of the Club a little something for their families on Christmas Day since majority of our Musicians n Vocalists are still without a permanent job to date...
Another suppose was our Community Outreach...giving something to a Charitable organisation for either Christmas or New Year..

Since one of FSMC's initiatives is the Visitation of Musicians' widows...which we have been doing for the past 2 yrs...we decided to reach out to some widows in the community..

I was overwhelmed with the gratitude shown by the 32 widows, single mothers n their families...of VESIDA HART...as they were presented their food hampers today by FSMC President Waisiliva Baledrokadroka n one of FSMC's Patron Member Mr Tom Mawi.. Smiles n tears showed their gratitude...

I hereby like to thank our sponsors, Holiday Inn, Dragon Music, StageTech n Freight Services...all our supporters, locally n those who live abroad n to all of U who attended our Dinner n pledged your support by buying our tickets... Without U all, this Food Hamper presentation wouldn't have been achieved today...
