At Navigate 2026, Beppe Rosin, CEO of Meriaura Oy, will take part in the panel “Captain’s Table: Driving Growth and Productivity in Maritime Business.”

Before entering the maritime industry, Beppe Rosin spent 25 years in the feed and food sector in senior management roles covering strategy, commercial development and organisational leadership.

Rosin joined Meriaura Oy in 2014 and today brings more than 30 years of experience across shipping, feed and food.

Meriaura provides sea transport for dry bulk and oversized project cargoes and has been an early mover in the use of biofuels in shipping. Alongside this business perspective, Beppe Rosin brings a practical, hands-on approach shaped partly by life as a part-time farmer.

At Navigate 2026, Beppe Rosin will share perspectives on how maritime companies can improve productivity, build resilient business models and move towards lower-emission operations while remaining commercially competitive.

At Navigate 2026, Tiina Tuurnala, CEO of the Finnish Shipowners’ Association, will take part in the panel “Captain’s Table: Driving Growth and Productivity in Maritime Business.”

With a maritime career spanning more than three decades, Tiina Tuurnala brings experience from hydrography, transport management, digitalisation and industry leadership. Tiina Tuurnala began her career at the Finnish Maritime Administration and later held senior leadership roles at the Finnish Transport Agency, with responsibilities covering national traffic management, icebreaking, hydrographic surveys, digitalisation, automation and intelligent traffic.

Since 2017, Tiina Tuurnala has led the Finnish Shipowners’ Association, representing Finnish shipowners in industrial and labour market policy and supporting the competitiveness and sustainable development of Finnish shipping.
At Navigate 2026, Tiina Tuurnala will bring this broad perspective to the Captain’s Table discussion on how maritime businesses can improve productivity, strengthen cooperation and build profitable, sustainable and resilient business models.

With almost three decades of experience at Steveco, Ari-Pekka Saari has developed a long-term perspective on Finnish port operations and logistics. Before becoming CEO, he served as the company’s Executive Vice President. We're pleased to welcome Simone Maraschi, Managing Director of Cruise Gate Hamburg, to the speaker lineup at Navigate 2026 Nordic Maritime Expo. Simone will join the panel: "Future Energy: How to Navigate the Transition to Next-generation Fuels and Energy Solutions” on 24th November at 13:00.

With a career spanning aviation, ferry services, port operations and cruise terminal management, Simone Tommaso Maraschi brings extensive international experience to the discussion on sustainable maritime development. Alongside leading Cruise Gate Hamburg, he serves as Chairman of Cruise Europe and chairs the Cruise Committee of the International Association of Ports and Harbors (IAPH), contributing to initiatives that support more sustainable cruise ports.

Martin Roolvink will join the panel "Recruiter's Watch: Strategies to Showcase the International, Dynamic, and Technologically Advanced Nature of Maritime and Logistics Careers", on Wednesday 25th November at 14:10.

With more than 15 years of experience in the LNG industry, Martin Roolvink, Managing Director of Pronav Ship Management, has built his career across commercial operations, technical management, and crewing for large LNG carriers. His background also includes many years as a consultant to RoRo and ferry operators, giving him a long-term perspective on the development of the European ferry market.

Since 2019, Martin has led Pronav Ship Management, a Hamburg-based member of the family-owned Schulte Group. Pronav operates a fleet of modern LNG carriers and FSRUs and manages a crew pool of more than 550 highly qualified and experienced LNG seafarers.

Lamia Kerdjoudj will join the panel "Port Command Bridge: Automation, AI, and Digital Port Solutions" at Navigate 2026 on 24th November at 11:15.

Lamia Kerdjoudj is the Managing Director and Secretary General of FEPORT, the Federation of European Private Port Companies and Terminals. With nearly three decades of experience in maritime transport, logistics, public affairs, and European policy, she represents the interests of Europe's private port sector and brings extensive experience from both the public and private sectors.

Alongside her role at FEPORT, she has spent 15 years lecturing on stakeholder management and multilateral negotiation at business schools in France and Germany. Her career also includes public affairs, consulting, business development, and advisory work on European Commission-funded projects.
