More than that though, our aim is to share our love of Bachata with everyone in Tampere and beyond. The "Tre" in BachaTre also means three, referring to the members of our group: Matti Valtonen (a.k.a. DJ Machata), Petri Nieminen (a.k.a. DJ Pies Locos) and Petra Cal (a.k.a. Together, these 3 crazy "Bachaholics" are constantly involved in various Bachata events locally and abroad. We organize, teach, DJ, or simply participate in such events. The most popular event we organize is the weekly Bachata party in Tampere, Finland. It's every Monday night from 8pm till midnight at Bistro 10+ Club, Hämeenkatu 10. This weekly party is for dancers of Bachata and other Latin dances alike. In addition to Bachata, we play Salsa, Merengue, Kizomba, Cha Cha, Reggaeton with some other random surprises too. Finally, and most importantly, we'd like to acknowledge an additional unofficial member of BachaTre: it's all the people who participate in our events. Without them, we would be nothing. Seeing everyone come to our lessons and join our parties week after week makes everything we do all worth while.
