110 new artists. 110 new voices.
This means that 110 artists who have never previously exhibited with The Art of Small are now part of this year’s selection process. As we begin this exciting phase, we’d like to introduce the people helping shape this year’s exhibition.
Meet The Art of Small 2026 Curatorial and Advisory Team
➡️ Ada Pääskysaari’s artistic practice explores identity, self-image and neurodivergence through autobiographical photography and writing. As a curator, she is passionate about bringing together emerging and established artists, creating exhibitions where diverse artistic voices come together to form a meaningful whole.
➡️ Ksenia Kaverina is a curator working with contemporary art and design across museum, university, and independent contexts in Finland. The focus of her curatorial work from the very beginning has been on engaging with transdisciplinary and transcultural artistic and creative practices. She has worked with Aalto University, Design Museum, Finnish Institute in Estonia, Frame, MUU ry, Publics, Trojan Horse, Värinä, and many others. As an Advisory Curator for Art of Small, Ksenia supports the project’s development by bringing thoughtful perspectives on collaboration and how contemporary art can foster meaningful dialogue between artists and audiences. 📷 Maija Savolainen
