I get it, they're keen and got some gear, no faulting having at it. There's a few hints the guitarist did it tho... Its the loudest! And the drums are buried, they were badly programmed anyway 😅
Or the singers vocals WAY way on top...as if the band were playing next door, somehow in time ha.
Want to fix this? Hit me up...Its not like mixing is easy, even for me...it really takes time, attention to detail and even subtle psychological phase melding that most aren't sensitive to. Mix sensibilities you could say. I know where it needs to be, where the mix does the HEAVY LIFTING...before mastering.
