Paf has acquired the Swedish family-owned gaming company Bell Casino AB. The acquisition expands Paf’s presence to additional ferry routes and destinations across Europe.

”We are very pleased to bring this deal to a successful conclusion. The acquisition is strategically important for our Land & Ship business, as it gives us the right conditions to continue developing our operations over the long term” Paf CEO Christer Fahlstedt.

Paf reached a historic milestone in 2025 💚

Since our foundation in 1966, more than EUR 527.9 million has now been distributed for the benefit of society through Paf funds.

At the same time, Paf delivered a strong financial result:
👉 Revenue increased to EUR 214.5 million
👉 Profit improved to EUR 57.2 million
👉 Active customers increased by 12%
🫶 The distribution of Paf funds amounts to EUR 55.5 million

Paf has decided to lower the maximum loss limit from 16.000 to 15.000 euro. This means that Paf has now halved its loss limit since 2018, when it was first introduced.
