We are expanding our team in Finnish Lapland for the upcoming 2026–2027 Winter Season! We are looking for active, reliable, and multi-talented team players to join us right on the ice.
If you love the outdoors, have an adaptive attitude, and ready for a challenge, we want to hear from you!
👤 REQUIREMENTS:
• 🛷 Machinery/Vehicles: Experience with outdoor winter machinery (ATVs, snowmobiles, or plows).
• ⛸️ Ice Skating: Ability to ice skate comfortably to assist and supervise guests on the track.
• ❄️ Arctic Ready: Comfortable spending extended periods outdoors and working safely in very cold and dark winter conditions.
• 🗣️ Soft Skills: Outgoing personality, loves meeting people, and speaks good English (Finnish is a strong advantage!).
• 🇪🇺 Eligibility: Must have B license and be an EU citizen (or hold an equivalent working permit).
⚡ OPEN POSITIONS:
1. Ice Track Operations & Maintenance Lead
• The Role: Lead the technical preparation of the track alongside daily ice skating activities.
• Key Tasks: Operating machinery (ATVs, plows, snowblowers, ice planer), layout marking, welcoming guests, fitting and equipment maintenance, track safety supervision.
2. Maintenance Assistant (Internship)
• The Role: Heavy focus on guest relations and managing rental activities, while directly supporting the lead with track maintenance when weather strikes.
• Key Tasks: Guest check-ins, running skating activities, managing rental equipment, delivery of safety briefings, and hands-on snow clearing support.
* After the hours needed for the internship, there are high chances, for the right profile, to confirm it as a paid position until the end of the winter.
