🧡 The Street -näyttely on auennut Kallion kesäkaduille🧡

Helsinki-päivänä 12.6. aukesi The Street - näyttely osana Vapaan taiteen tila pop uppia. Näyttelyssä Taideyliopiston opiskelijat ovat toteuttaneet performansseja sekä veistoksia Kallion kaduille. 🧡

Näyttelyn veistokset ovat nähtävissä viimeiseen pop up päivään 16.8. saakka ja näyttelyn viimeinen performanssi Concerning actionin pääsee näkemään pop up viikolla 15.8. Teosten tarkat sijainnit sekä teostiedot löydät Vapaan taiteen tilan nettisivuilta, linkki biossa! 😋

🧡 The Street exhibition has opened on Kallion kesäkadut🧡

On Helsinki Day 12.6. The Street exhibition opened as a part of Vapaan taiteen tila pop-up. In the exhibition, the students of Uniarts have made sculputres and performances to the street space of Kallio.

The sculputres of the exhibition can be seen until the last day of the pop up 16.8. and the last performance Concerning action of the exhibition can be seen on pop up week 15.8. The locations and details of each work can be found on Vapaan taiteen tila website, link in bio! 😋

✨Looking for a Light Designer ✨

From Sea to Sea — an interdisciplinary exhibition and performance project by composer Matteo Bello and artist Ricardo Aleodor Venturi.

📍Vapaan Taiteen Tila
📅14–22 September 2026

Combining live music, electronics and artistic performance, the project explores human relationships and creative hybridity.

We’re looking for a light designer interested in collaborating and shaping the visual atmosphere of the exhibition.

🧡Suuri kiitos Vapaan taiteen tila pop upin ensimmäisestä päivästä 12.6.🧡

Vapaan taiteen tila pop up polkaistiin käyntiin Helsinki-päivänä 12.6. jolloin Kallion kesäkadut valtasi Taideyliopiston opiskelijoiden taide. Karhupuiston lavalla nähtiin upeita musiikkiesityksiä jotka herättivät Kallion eloon jo soundcheckin aikana🌞

Erityisen iso kiitos kuuluu itse pop upin artisteille:

Vapaan taiteen tila pop up kicked off on Helsinki Day 12.6. when the art made by Uniarts students took over the street space of Kallion kesäkadut. The music performances of the evening lit Kallio up already at the time of the soundcheck. 🌞

Thu 11.6. at 19: There We Were

There we were channels into moments of odd existences. The demo is a commotion, where invisible chaos and all its layers are embodied through corporeal and imagined via everything around. Situations and events rush towards the unsuspected.

There we were can be experienced on the fourth day of our residency, where performers dance and move wonders in a transforming, concrete cave. The demo begins at 19.00, but after that the spectators are free to move in space and leave whenever they want.

”We have no idea and yet, we have all the ideas in this infinity.”
