Ornamo’s latest Design Pulse Survey provides a comprehensive snapshot of the design field, from employment and income to entrepreneurship, market conditions, and future outlooks.

The findings will be presented by Emmi Putkonen, Research and Development Manager at Ornamo, offering valuable insights into the current realities of design in Finland and what may lie ahead for the profession.

Vuoden taiteilija -tunnustuksen saaneet taiteilijat ovat tänä vuonna Tuuli Autio ja Sini Majuri. Jäsenjärjestömme Taiteilijat O:n valinnassa korostuivat molempien poikkeuksellinen ammattitaito sekä heidän toisistaan eroavat m***a toisiaan täydentävät taiteelliset näkökulmansa. Autio tarkastelee puun kautta ajan kulkua, luonnon prosesseja ja ihmisen suhdetta ympäristöönsä. Majuri puolestaan laajentaa lasitaiteen mahdollisuuksia performatiivisilla, yhteiskunnallisesti kantaa ottavilla ja uusia teknologioita hyödyntävillä teoksilla.
