Last week I installed my exhibition at Telakka gallery and it’s up fo the whole July.

If you’re around Tampere, go have a look! The gallery is part of Kulttuuritalo Telakka, which is such a lovely spot to visit especially in the summertime.

Vivacissimo

Vivacissimo is a musical term that means very lively and at a fast tempo. It is the superlative form of vivace, which itself means lively or brisk.

The word comes from Italian, where vivace originates from the Latin vivus, meaning ”alive” or ”living.” Vivacissimo intensifies this idea, indicating an especially energetic and fast-paced performance.

My exhibition is still on view this week at the Vapaakaupungin Olohuone Gallery in Redi Mall (Helsinki). The space is closed during May Day, but make sure to stop by while it’s still up! It’s a beautiful exhibition! 😍

Some time ago bought a painting from me called Giocoso (an Italian word meaning ”playful” or ”joyful”, often used in music to suggest a carefree vibe).
Yesterday I saw this picture where my painting has found its place so nicely! 😍

What made me smile even more was spotting something extra special in the same scene, the beautiful pet urns by .
Helmi and I went to the same tiny school in Vesanto when we were kids! And besides being an amazing ceramic artist, Helmi is also a musician

Life has such a funny way of connecting things, not many of us came from that little school, and now here we are, our works side by side 🥰

This painting of mine has found its place in our own bedroom. After moving into our new home, I realized how perfectly its colors match the space. Couldn’t be happier how it all came together 🥰🤩

”Semplicemente”, 140x120cm

The word semplicemente is Italian and means ”simply” or ”plainly”. In music, it tells the player to perform in a simple, natural way.
