Is it time to introduce our new collaborator member Helka Westö aka
She is a photographer based in helsinki. Helka holds a bachelor of arts in journalism and specializes in portrait and event photography. With an easygoing personality and a relaxed approach to her work, she has a way of creating natural and unguarded portraitist. her style varies from candid moments to studio/editorial photography.
she is open to new creative collaborations.

Here's our new collaborator Derek Okekeani - , he is a Helsinki-based media artist and designer, weaving metaphysics, ancestral cosmology, and dreams into a single practice. Merging ancestral imagination with futurist technologies, he creates experiences using sound, image, and space to alter human awareness. Through digital alchemy, he transmutes multimedia, building conceptual realities from its remains.

As co-founder of the creative collective BaBa and the DJ collective NOSLEEP, his work moves between live AV performance, radio, and worldbuilding, most recently through NOSLEEP's audiovisual radio show on YouTube and club concepts.

He is currently developing a new concept of multimedia installation called (A)topy, structured around lounge/gallery setting, exploring the idea of space, time and glitch, through the lens of “Nu Fantasy”, his framework for magic in modern and future worlds.

Our new collaborator member is here, we are excited to have Kristina with us.
Kristina Korpelainen is a Helsinki-based multidisciplinary artist whose work investigates the relationship between nature and human-made materials.
Working across installation, textile, concrete, metal, and mixed media practices, she explores how organic and industrial substances coexist,
transform, and mirror one another.
Central to her artistic practice is the ongoing series “Nature × Man-made Materials”, developed over several years as a research-based exploration of the dialogue between the natural and the artificial. Through material experimentation and spatial installations, Korpelainen examines the
naturalness of materials and questions conventional distinctions between what
is considered organic, manufactured, permanent, or evolving.
Inspired by nature and the environments that surround us, her work invites viewers to reconsider the interconnected systems and material realities that shape contemporary life.
She curated the Kunsthaus Jägermeister 2025, selected to exhibit at Solstice Festiva 2023 and founder member of Monqrime Concept Store.

Yvapurü Studios introduces you to our new Live Music Event, next 25 of April, this time with
Ruta Quartet.

is a celebration of the diverse musical cultures across America. Their members originating from different South and North American countries, were each bringing their own unique musical influences. Within their repertoire, they honour indigenous, Afro-Latin, and mixed-heritage musical traditions from different regions, highlighting the multiculturality of Latin America.
