▫️Sunday 18:30-19:45
• mixed level group
• beginners-advanced
• choreography, performance
• improvisation lab, shooting
• kneepads required

▪️Frame Up Strip Zero
▪️Sunday 19:45-20:45
• total beginners, any age
• strip technique & floor work
• detailed thorough instruction
• kneepads required!
• strip shoes not needed at first classes
