የዓለም የሰርከስ ቀንን እና የኢትዮጵያን ብሔራዊ የሰርከስ ንቅናቄን ማክበር
ቀን፡ ኤፕሪል 18፣ 2026እኤአ
ዛሬ፣ ዓለም የሰርከስን ጥበብ ስናከብር
በአገራችን ኢትዮጵያ በክቡር ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዶ/ር አብይ አህመድ አነሳሽነትና ሃሳብ አመንጪነት የኢትዮጵያ መንግስት የሰርከስ ጥበብ ዘርፍ የኪነ-ጥበብ ዘርፎች እና የብሔራዊ ኩራታችን ወሳኝ ምሰሶ አድርጎ በይፋ እውቅ ለመስጠት አገር አቀፍ ንቅናቄ እያደረግንበት የምንገኝበት ቀንና ወር ነው፡፡
አዲስ የእውቅና ዘመን!
የኢትዮጵያ መንግስት በክቡር ጠቅላይ ሚኒስቴራችን ሃሳብ አመንጪነት ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ የሰርከስ ጥበብ ዘርፍ ላሳየው አስደናቂ ስኬቶች በይፋ እውቅና እና ሽልማት እንዲሰጠው ለዚህም ከከተማ አስተዳደሮች ጀምሮ እስከ አገር አቀፍ ደረጃ የሰርከስ ፌስቲቫል በማዘጋጀት አገር አቀፍ የሰርከስ ጥበብ እውቅና እንዲኖረው መመርያ ተሰጥቶ ንቅናቄ በከተማ አስተዳደሮችና በክልልች እየተካሄደ ይገኛል፡፡
በዚህ ሂደቶች ውስጥ የሰርከስ አርቲስቶቻችንና አሰልጣኞች የጥበብ መሪዎች የአፈፃፀም ብቃት፤ የሰርከስ ጥበብ አሁን ላለበት አገር አቀፍ፣አህጉር አቀፍና አለም አቀፍ እውቅና እንዲኖረው በማስቻል ያደረጉት አስተዋፅዎ ከዛም ባለፈ የ *ኢትዮጵያን እና የአፍሪካ አህጉርን* መንፈስ የሚወክሉ ዓለም አቀፍ አምባሳደሮች ሆነው በማገልገላቸው በየደረጃው እውቅና እየተሰጠ ይገኛል፡፡በቅርቡም በታላቅ አገራዊ ፌስቲቫል ክቡር ጠቅላይ ሚኒስቴራችንንና የአገራችን ከፍተኛ አመራሮች በሚገኙበት በታላቅ አገራዊ ፌስቲቫል ይጠቃለላል፡፡
እንደ ኢትዮጵያ የሰርከስ አርቲስቶች መንግስት ለጥበቡ በሰጠው ትኩረት የተሰማን ደስታና ኩራት ከፍተኛ ነው። ይህ እውቅናና ማበረታቻ ለዘርፉ የሚሰጠው ጥቅም በጥልቀት የምንገነዘብ ሲሆን በቀጣይም ዜጎቻችንን በአካልና በአእምሮ ጤናማና ብቁ ዜጋ እንዲሆኑ ከማስቻል ባለፈ ለብዙ ሺ ወጣቶች አለም አቀፍ የስራ እድል መፍጠር፣የአገራችን የባህል አምባሳደር በመሆን ለአገራችን ወደፊት ለሚኖራት ተግባራቶችና እቅዶች አዎንታዊ የለውጥ ኃይል በመሆን ለአገራችን የምናገለግልበት ነው።ለህዝባችንንም አማራጭ የመዝናኛ ዘርፍ በመፍጠር ለቤተሰብ መዝናኛ ትልቅ አማራጭ ዘርፍ ያደርገናል፡፡
በዚህ አጋጣሚ በመላው አለም የምትገኙ የሰርከስ ቤተሰቦቸች፣የኢትዮጵያ ሰርከስ ውድ ልጆችና አለም አቀፍ የሰርከስና ባህል ተቋማት በዚህ አገራዊ የሰርከስ ጥበብ ንቅናቄ እውቅና የተሰማንን ደስታና ኩራት እንድትጋሩን በዚህ አጋጣሚ ጥሪያችንን እናስተላልፋለን፡፡
የሰርከስ ጥበብ ከመዝናኛነቱ ባለፈ የሰው ልጅ የመተማመንና የአንድነት ማሳያና ማረጋገጫ ጥበብ ነው!
ጥበቡ እዚህ ደረጃ እንዲደርስ የበኩላችሁን አስተዋጽኦ ያደረጋቹ የሰርከስ ጥበብ ውድ ልጆች ባላቹህበት ክብር ይገባችዋል፡፡

Today, as the world celebrates the magic and artistry of the circus, Ethiopia stands tall with a historic announcement. Under the visionary leadership of His Excellency Prime Minister Dr. Abiy Ahmed, the Ethiopian government has officially recognized the circus sector as a vital pillar of our cultural heritage and national pride.
A New Era of Recognition
For the first time, the Ethiopian government has decreed that the circus sector must be formally recognized and awarded for its extraordinary achievements. Our circus artists have not only mastered the art of performance but have served as global ambassadors, representing the spirit of *Ethiopia and the African continent* on the world stage.
This month marks a turning point for our industry. Following the initiative set by the Prime Minister, we have successfully organized a massive circus movement that has swept across the nation and it will be finalized by the national circus festival which will culminate this month, bringing together the finest performers in the land in front of our Prime Minister, high government officials and the public. There will be national recognition and award by the government of Ethiopia for the sector leaders and artists.
As Ethiopian national circus association consortium, we are filled with immense pride. This recognition goes beyond entertainment; it acknowledges the profound impact the circus has on *community development*. From empowering our youth and fostering discipline to creating international jobs and promoting social cohesion, the circus is a force for positive change.
