- It’s always a pleasure to work in a more conceptual and minimalist direction. It’s incredible how you can tell a story and bring two arms together so they create a sense of narrative continuity.

That was exactly the case with this project we designed for Julie and Cyril. We started with the simple tattoos they already had and brought more life and movement to them by adding elements around them, creating a cohesive story across both arms.

- Can a single line tell the story of a life?

This was the concept behind Frida’s very first tattoo.

Together, we wanted to capture her story through a minimalist and elegant design—one that flows naturally with the body and conveys a sense of harmony.

Reaching a design like this takes a lot of thought and conceptual work. Every element, every line, every dot has a purpose. Nothing is accidental. They all come together to create a quiet visual story.

I love creating tattoos that don’t just decorate the body, but carry meaning in the most subtle way. Thank you Frida✨
