La fotografía, como cualquier forma de expresión artística, puede, y debe, enseñarse desde la más pronta infancia. Hacer fotos puede ser el maravilloso juego que permitirá a los niños más pequeños fijarse en su entorno y conocer de forma activa el mundo en el que viven. De esta manera, al igual que los adultos, descubrirán cosas que antes no habían visto, expresarán el amor a la naturaleza, el conocimiento de uno mismo y del otro.📸

¿Te has preguntado alguna vez por qué hay imágenes que se quedan en tu mente mucho después de verlas?

A veces no es la imagen en sí…
es algo que se mueve dentro de ti cuando la miras.

Desde la psicología, sabemos que las imágenes no son neutras.
No solo se ven: activan memoria, emoción y significado personal.

El psicólogo Peter Lang propuso que una imagen puede activar en nosotros una red compleja de información emocional.
Es decir, no es solo algo visual: puede convertirse en una experiencia completa.

Y Roland Barthes habló del punctum:
ese detalle que te toca sin avisar,
como un recuerdo que vuelve,
como algo que creías ya en calma.

Por eso, dos personas pueden mirar la misma foto…
y sentir algo completamente distinto.

No es la imagen.
Es lo que despierta en ti. 🤍

Mirar con atención.
Mirar sin prisa.
Mirar sin juicio.
Cuando fotografiamos desde ahí, la imagen deja de ser solo una imagen y se convierte en un espacio de encuentro: contigo.
