GMV and Aurea Avionics Avionics integrate Seeker UAS, a tactical, rapidly deployable unmanned aerial system (UAS), into the ecosystem comprising GMV’s Talos command-and-control system and the Spanish Armed Forces’ Dual-EIMOS mortar systems.

Developed and manufactured in Spain by Aurea Avionics and supplied by GMV, Seeker provides advanced intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities. Integrated with Talos, it will serve as an airborne sensor for Dual-EIMOS, enhancing observation and supporting indirect-fire correction.

Deliveries in 2026 and 2027 will include UAS vehicles, ground control systems and training for Spanish Armed Forces personnel. The integration will enable faster information exchange and more effective coordination between sensors, effectors and command-and-control systems.

GMV and Arabsat are taking the next step in satellite operations.

The two organizations have signed a contract for a next-generation Mission Control Center (MCC) that will support the operation of Arabsat-7A, the operator’s future flexible, software-defined satellite.

GMV will provide its SmartPayload suite, combining advanced payload planning, control and monitoring with a scalable, cloud-ready architecture. AI/ML capabilities will help Arabsat optimize resources and respond more efficiently to changing operational needs.
The project marks a new milestone in a technology partnership that began in 2004 and will support Arabsat’s transition to more agile, adaptable satellite operations.

The Polish Ministry of National Defence has selected TELDAT to deploy CSD-SIERRA, GMV’s NATO -standard solution for storing, exploiting, sharing and disseminating ISR information and products across multiple operational centers and users.

Awarded under the SAFE framework, the contract includes deployment, training, engineering support and three years of maintenance. During the 34th International Defence Industry Exhibition, GMV and TELDAT also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), with a particular focus on interoperable intelligence-sharing capabilities.

Sport is also a great way to strengthen connections and foster teamwork.

Several GMV colleagues took part in the Triathlon at Darmstadt, a team event for groups of 10 in which every participant completes all three disciplines: 380 metres of swimming, 18 kilometres of cycling and 4.2 kilometres of running.

Beyond the final result, the experience highlights the value of collaboration, mutual support and shared motivation when working towards a common goal.

Congratulations to all our colleagues who took on this challenge. Great job, team! 👏

La inteligencia artificial está abriendo nuevas oportunidades para la innovación y el desarrollo digital en Latinoamérica. En este contexto, GMV ha participado en ANDICOM 2026, uno de los encuentros empresariales y tecnológicos de referencia de la región, celebrado del 1 al 4 de septiembre en Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.

Bajo el lema «Unleashing the Power of AI», el congreso reunió a más de 6.500 asistentes y 200 empresas para compartir ideas, impulsar la transformación digital y explorar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

Esta edición contó con la Unión Europea como Invitada de Honor y ofreció un espacio de diálogo sobre regulación digital y cooperación birregional, con la participación del embajador de la UE en Colombia, François Roudié, y su equipo. GMV analiza el futuro de la defensa, la salud digital y las tecnologías estratégicas en el Congreso de la Economía Digital y las Telecomunicaciones de AMETIC, celebrado en Santander bajo el lema «40 años impulsando el crecimiento social y económico de España».

Durante el encuentro, Luis Fernando Álvarez-Gascón, Carlos Royo y Hector Naranjo representaron a la compañía participando en sesiones sobre autonomía estratégica, defensa, digitalización de la salud y desarrollo de capacidades industriales, destacando el valor de la innovación, la colaboración y la tecnología para afrontar los retos de España y Europa.

GMV has been selected by the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) to join the Cyber Security Dynamic Marketplace framework, enabling the company to compete for future contracts covering secure identity management and Zero Trust architectures, cyber monitoring and threat detection, secure cloud environments, vulnerability management, and digital forensics, among other areas.

Through this framework, GMV will continue supporting NATO and Allied nations in strengthening cyberdefence and digital resilience.
