CLOSING DOWN
Good morning everyone. We regret to inform our last day of trading will be January 27th.
The reason for this is the Landlord is doubling the rent. If we were to keep it at this new rent for the next 5 years we need to spend around 50k on renovations. These 2 factors combined make it impossible to keep it as 'the cheap and cheerful place to have fun!' We never set out to be a Disney theme park!
We hope you have enjoyed your time with us and thank you very much for coming!😃

Just want to add we have the greatest respect for our landlord. This is market forces. If someone will pay more rent then it's obvious they will choose it. Our business model was cheap and cheerful available to everyone. If we wanted to charge an extra 5euros for golf and 5 euros a pint we could have paid that increase but our goal was keep it fun and fair priced.😄
