Sad news today.
We're sorry to hear that our friend José has passed away.
Most of you will have seen him around Puerto del Carmen over the years, and he would often pop into Bar 67 for a chat and a laugh. He was a real character, always in good form, always joking, and I honestly don't think I've ever heard anyone say a bad word about him.
A sad day for everyone who knew him.
Rest easy, José. 🍀❤️

Morning folks, massive day ahead at Bar 67 Lanzarote! 🍀

We're open from 12 with our full menu available all day, great cocktails, and our beer bucket specials running.

Then tonight it's all about the football. We'll get the party started from 7pm with Mick Curley live, followed by The Lonesome Boatman to keep the atmosphere going right up to kick-off.

At 11pm it's Brazil 🇧🇷 v Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 on all screens. A huge game with plenty on the line.

The last couple of Scotland games have been absolutely packed, so if you're planning on joining us, get down early, grab a seat, some food, and make a night of it.

Another transfer window and Celtic are moving at a snail’s pace yet again. We’ve known for months that this squad needs serious investment, especially up front and in defence, but here we are with nothing done. Other clubs seem able to identify players, negotiate and get deals completed, while Celtic drag everything out until the last minute. We have Champions League qualifiers coming and a new manager who needs backed properly. There is money in the bank, so there are no excuses. Get the players in early, let them settle and give the manager a proper chance.

We’d like to wish our good friend Liza the very best of luck with her new business venture. She’ll be opening Lanzarote’s first ever Korean BBQ restaurant in Puerto del Carmen, located in the Socos Centre near the Fariones Hotel.
It’s always great to see new businesses bringing something different to the island, and I’ve no doubt this is going to be a fantastic addition to Puerto del Carmen. Best of luck to Liza and the team with the opening. I can’t wait to get down and give it a try myself!

Absolutely unbelievable day lined up at Bar 67 today! 🍀

We're open from 12 with our full kitchen and full menu available right through until 9:30pm.

We've got a double dose of Irish music tonight, with Mick Curley kicking things off from 7pm, followed by The Lonesome Boatman right up until kick off for Scotland v Morocco.

We'll also be showing the League of Ireland action with St Pat's v Sligo Rovers and Bohemians v Dundalk live on our screens.

It's expected to be a very busy one, so get in early, grab your seat, get some food ordered and settle in for the night. Great football, great music, great atmosphere and a few cold pints along the way.

Those hydration breaks are a load of nonsense. 😂 Typical America. Football has been played for generations without them, but now all of a sudden players need a break halfway through each half? Funny how it just happens to create another opportunity to squeeze in a few more adverts. Surely that's got absolutely nothing to do with it... 🙄⚽️📺
