A very special Creation Success Story…

We couldn’t be prouder to share that our wonderful student Emily has been accepted into the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London! ✨

Emily has been part of the Creation family for many, many years, and we’ve had the privilege of watching her grow, develop her craft and become the incredible young performer she is today.

She has always thrown herself into every role, rehearsal and challenge and has an incredible ability to captivate an audience whenever she performs.

But for us, it’s not just her talent that makes Emily so special. It’s the fun, kindness, energy and enthusiasm she brings into every class and rehearsal. She has been such a wonderful presence at Creation, and we are going to miss her enormously.

We are so excited to see her take this next step and begin her journey at Central. We know she’ll give it everything, just as she always has.

Join the Creation Drama Studio Team

We’re looking for a Workshop Assistant to join our team from September, with the opportunity to progress into a Workshop Leader role as you gain experience and confidence.

We’re looking for someone who loves working with children and young people, has a genuine passion for acting and performance, and wants to develop their skills within a creative, supportive and growing company.

About the Role:

You’ll initially join us as a Workshop Assistant, supporting our existing workshop leaders in after-school and Saturday morning acting classes.

As you gain experience, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and progress towards becoming a Workshop Leader, leading your own classes and developing your own teaching style.

Our classes are focused on acting, theatre and screen performance, and we work with young people aged 6–18 years old.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Is fluent in English – all of our classes are taught in English
- Has experience in acting, theatre or performance, whether professionally, through training or education
- Enjoys working with children and young people
- Is enthusiastic, energetic and creative
- Is confident, reliable and professional
- Wants to develop their skills as both a performer and a teacher
- Is comfortable working as part of a team
- Has a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Has a genuine passion for helping young people develop their confidence and acting skills

Previous teaching experience is a bonus, but not essential.
We’re particularly interested in people who have a strong background in acting and want to develop their experience working with young performers.

More Than Just Teaching

At Creation Drama Studio, we’re not only a drama school. We also have our own theatre and production company, creating plays and films throughout the year.

We love giving our team opportunities to get involved in our productions, and staff may have the opportunity to be cast in our plays and films, giving you the chance to continue developing your own acting career alongside your work with us.

Hours & Pay

Starting rate: €12.50 per hour
After-school and Saturday morning classes
Primarily based at our Sitges studio, with potential opportunities in Castelldefels and Barcelona
Opportunities for additional hours and increased responsibility as you progress within the company

Does Your Child Dream of Acting for TV & Film?

If your child dreams of appearing in TV shows, films or commercials, one of the biggest hurdles is getting noticed.

A professional showreel is often the very first thing casting directors and talent agents ask to see.

Why this week is different:
At Creation Drama Studio, students won't simply learn about acting for camera, they'll spend five days working as young screen actors.

They'll rehearse, perform, work with professional filming equipment, receive direction on set and leave with professionally edited footage they can use for future castings and agency applications.

Whether they're completely new to screen acting or already have experience, this week is designed to build confidence both in front of the camera and in the casting room.

We're proud to work alongside Bgency, a Barcelona-based talent agency.

Together, we're opening new doors for young actors who want to explore castings for film, television, and commercial work.
