Champagne Delavenne Grand Cru Brut Blanc de blancs 2018

Cramant, Côte des Blancs, Champagne, Francia

100% Chardonnay sobre una ladera gredosa orientada al Este. Sin fermentación maloláctica y con más de 36 meses de envejecimiento sobre lías.

Un Champagne finísimo, fresco y aromático; cremoso, envolvente y largo en boca; pleno de armonía con aromas a fruta blanca, cítricos, mineralidad y notas a hierbas frescas y frutos secos. En definitiva, ¡un vino de cine con el que besar el cielo!

100% Chardonnay on a chalky slope facing east. Without malolactic fermentation and with more than 36 months of aging on the lees.

A very fine, fresh and aromatic Champagne; creamy, enveloping and long on the palate; full of harmony with aromas of white fruit, citrus, minerality and notes of fresh herbs and nuts. In short, a movie wine with which to kiss the sky!

Olivos centenarios 100% Manzanilla Cacereña en ecológico sobre suelos graníticos en el Parque Natural de los Arribes del Duero. Cosecha temprana, extracción en frío y embotellado sin filtrar. Fermoselle (Zamora).

Una delicia de producción limitadísima, 200 botellas. Enorme concentración, intensidad y pureza en un aceite con aromas a hierba fresca recién cortada, tomatera, tomate maduro, alcachofa y almendras.

A very limited production delicacy, 200 bottles. Enormous concentration, intensity and purity in an oil with aromas of freshly cut grass, tomato, ripe tomato, artichoke and almonds.
