SOS!!! I need a recommendation for a GOOD Chiropractor or Osteopath in South Tenerife 🙏 please 🙏 I’ve tried one or 2 over the years, but no one I really have faith in. 😏 any first hand recommendations would be very much appreciated 🙏🤞🙏😩

Hope you’re having a good Sunday folks 🙏 I’m enjoying a day of rest, and after a leisurely stroll 🏃🏼‍♂️‍➡️ and a leisurely scroll 📱
I just felt I wanted to give credit to a couple of young men I’ve known for many years…
Tony Ross of The Attic Rooftop Bar and Jack Cowham, face of the 3 Amigos Group Tenerife
Now both fine men, fathers, husbands and operators of some of the most visited and successful hospitality venues in los Cristianos 💯 I applaud you both Tony & Jack 👏👏👏 (2 names that have great significance to me, but didn’t realise the link fully until I wrote this 🙏❤️🥲 Tony knows what I mean 🙏)
And also a mention to 2 equally fine, older men 😉 😂 my good friend Paul, and Nigel, who make up the driving force that is the 3 Amigos Group Tenerife 👊 I wish you all the Mazel in the world 🙏

Had a chilled evening at Ristorante Maranello in Mirador del Duque last night, and great to see two dear friends Rob & Sandra 🙏❤️ thanks for popping along 🙏
I will be there again tomorrow, Friday 7th 🎙🎶🌅🍹😎 and if that’s not good enough reason to join me on their Grand Terrace 🤔 then please come and try the Hot Sushi 👌 it’s amazing 💯 so 2 good reasons to come along from 8pm 🎙🎶🌅🍹🍱 you won’t be disappointed 😉😎
