“Siempre he estado rodeada de gente bohemia y artistas, de las que me han inspirado creativamente en el equilibrio y composición de los colores y las formas. Mi amor por la naturaleza ha sido la verdadera forma de entender el arte, donde los colores son tan bellos y perfectos.
Siento pasión por la percepción estética y por la belleza que existe en la armonía de las cosas.
Con el collage siento que puedo expresarme tal como soy yo, y la pasión que tengo por los colores, la puedo sellar en mis obras.
Mis collages son cien por cien analógicos, papel tijera y pegamento”.

“I have always been surrounded by bohemian people and artists, who have inspired me creatively in the balance and composition of colours and shapes. My love for nature has been the true way of understanding art, where colours are so beautiful and perfect.
I am passionate about aesthetic perception and the beauty that exists in the harmony of things.
With collage I feel that I can express myself as I am, and the passion I have for colours, I can seal it in my works.
My collages are one hundred percent analogue, paper, scissors and glue.”

Tamae Martin Artista visual, Lic. En Artes

Tamae nacido en Buenos Aires, Argentina residente de ibiza, con una pasión por la creación y experimentación en diversas disciplinas artísticas como la pintura la escultura y la instalación.
Tamae: “Mi experiencia incluye exposiciones individuales y colectivas, donde he tenido la oportunidad de compartir mi obra con un público amplio y diverso.
En el dibujo, busco Capturar la esencia y el movimiento de mis sujetos, mientras que en la pintura, exploro la interacción del color la textura y el tiempo para expresar emociones y conceptos complejos.
Además, mi interés en los objetos creativos me han llevado a experimentar con diferentes materiales y formas, integrando elementos tridimensionales que desafían las percepciones tradicionales del arte”.

Tamae was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, resident in Ibiza, with a passion for creation and experimentation in various artistic disciplines such as painting, sculpture and installation.
Tamae: “My experience includes solo and collective exhibitions, where I have had the opportunity to share my work with a wide and diverse audience.
In drawing, I seek to capture the essence and movement of my subjects, while in painting, I explore the interaction of color, texture and time to express complex emotions and concepts.
In addition, my interest in creative objects has led me to experiment with different materials and shapes, integrating three-dimensional elements that challenge traditional perceptions of art.”

De una familia ucraniana nací en Argentina. Desde los 2 años actúo en teatro y danza.
Continué Cursando Bellas Artes y desde entonces estuve viajando, exhibiendo y viviendo de mis creaciones. Con exposiciones en Chile, Brasil, USA y 2 murales en Goa.
Desde 1976 vivo en Ibiza, y participé en los dos “Salón Primaveras” en el Museo de Arte Moderno, La Caixa, Sa Nostra, Palacio de Congresos, etc.
Mi pintura se va transformando como la vida, cada vez más simple, saliendo del academicismo y volviendo al ingenio.
Me encanta esta isla maravillosa, donde todo es inspiración.

From a Ukrainian family I was born in Argentina. Since I was 2 years old I have been taught theater and dance.
I continued following Curses Bellas Artes and since then I was traveling, exhibiting and living from my creations. With exhibitions in Chile, Brazil, USA and two murals in Goa.
Since 1976 I live on Ibiza, and participated in the two Salon Primavera’s in the Museum of Modern Art, at La Caixa and Sa Nostra, at Palacio de Congresos, etc.
My painting style is transforming like life, more and more simple, leaving the academism and returning to ingenuity.
I love this wonderful island, where everything is inspiration.

Hello, my name is Marcel and i am from Austria!
The first time i was introduced to Origami, I was only 11years old. I overheard somebody talking about how to get wish fulfilled.
“Every time you fold 1000 cranes, you can wish for something… and those wishes will become true”.
So I started folding and folding … one crane after the other.
Sometimes got in trouble because I would fold during most of my classes.

Fortunately that caught my mother’s attention, so she bought me my first book about Origami and it’s boundless folding techniques.
From this moment onwards, I started creating my own fantasy sculptures. My biggest inspirations are geometric patterns, nature and peacocks.

What started out with folding simple cranes 16 years ago, became a passion that now often involves thousands of paper-pieces.

After studying biology in Vienna, I came to the conclusion that I am actually an artist and I wanted to move to Ibiza.
After some years passed, destiny finally brought me to this magical island.
Now its time to show my colorful art to the colorful people of Ibiza.
For me creating Origami is a liberating practice, and I‘m delighted to showcase my art to a larger audience for the first time.

¡Hola, mi nombre es Marcel y soy de Austria!
La primera vez que me presentaron el Origami, solo tenía 11 años. Escuché a alguien hablar sobre cómo cumplir un deseo.
“Cada vez que doblas 1000 grullasde papel, puedes desear algo... y esos deseos se harán realidad".
Así que comencé a doblar y doblar... una grulla tras otra.
A veces me metí en problemas porque abandoné la mayoría de mis clases.
Afortunadamente, eso llamó la atención de mi mamá, así que me compró mi primer libro sobre origami y sus ilimitadas técnicas de plegado.
A partir de ese momento comencé a crear mis propias esculturas de fantasía. Mis mayores inspiraciones son los patrones geométricos, la naturaleza y los pavos reales.
Lo que comenzó con una simple grulla hace 16 años, se convirtió en una pasión que ahora involucra a menudo miles de hojas de papel.
Después de estudiar biología en Viena, llegué a la conclusión de que en realidad soy artista y quería mudarme a Ibiza.
Después de unos años, el destino finalmente me trajo a esta isla mágica.

Ahora es el momento de mostrar mi arte colorido a la gente colorida de Ibiza.
Para mí, crear Origami es una práctica liberadora y estoy encantado de mostrar mi arte a un público más amplio por primera vez.
