What exactly ARE we doing?

You might have seen the rehearsals, the sweaty faces, the singing, dancing, acting… and perhaps wondered WHAT exactly are Studio32 Musical Theatre Company up to?!

Well… we can finally tell you!

We’ve been hard at work rehearsing since early June for our brand-new show, NOW THAT’S WHAT WE CALL MUSICALS!
This exciting production is made up of six fantastic sections, taking you on a journey through some of the biggest and most loved musicals and movies around:

Mamma Mia
Les Misérables
Frozen the Musical
Hocus Pocus
Cabaret
Moulin Rouge

And it’s not just musical numbers! Expect acting scenes, character moments, comedy, drama and plenty of theatrical magic as our cast bring each section to life.

We’ve had an incredibly HOT summer of rehearsals, with everyone working hard, sweating it out and putting everything they’ve got into making this show something really special.

And we’re delighted to say that we are well and truly on track for this to be another Studio32 theatre hit!

What an incredible journey 9 to 5: The Musical has been for everyone at Studio 32 Musical Theatre Company. From the first rehearsal to last nights final curtain call, we have been overwhelmed by the support, encouragement, and enthusiasm from our wonderful audiences.

Thank you to everyone who came along, laughed with us, sang along, applauded, and supported the show. Your energy and appreciation made every performance truly special and created memories that will stay with us for a long time.

To our cast, crew,production team, volunteers, and supporters—thank you for your dedication, talent, and hard work in bringing this fantastic show to life.

As we take our final bow, we do so with grateful hearts and immense pride. Thank you for being part of the journey.

What an incredible evening full of energy, laughter, music, and so much hard work from our amazing cast, crew and volunteers. Thank you to everyone who came along and supported the show tonight — your applause means the world to us! 💖✨
