READY HIM DUB FESTIVAL Official 🎤📚📝

So happy to be back running the reasonings area at this year's edition of the festival 🌞 I'm very proud of the lineup curation featuring topics across reggae, ecology, travel, politics and much more, with some incredible guests.

Vibes have already been high on the dancefloor while we've been getting set up across the last few days; and now we're ready to rumble for the first official day of reasonings, starting with an all-day soundsystem masterclass with Mais Baixo ✨️

Boomtown - words would do it an injustice 🌞

Simply the best festival in the world. Even if it was 36 degrees and dusty enough to ruin your lungs forever 💀

So grateful to catch up with many pals, spot many pickles, smash out a set in the Tangled Roots yard and set the tone on the Nexus stage across the weekend before living legends like Joe Yorke Hollie Cook +++ The League of Rebelz (!! killer)

I'm so out of practise of going to festivals that aren't exclusively dub as you might be able to tell from the first video 😅

Onwards now to Portugal for one of the last missions of the summer; HIM DUB FESTIVAL Official where I'm back running the lectures/reasonings area! See you next week 🇵🇹

Always vibes in Belgium! Big big one to round off some amazing gigs in July 🌞 Last Friday at ReggaeGeel was full of beautiful energy. Loved playing on the red gold and green stacks of Waga Waga Soundsystem ❤️🔊💛🔊💚

Danced to Hollie Cook The Skatalites Jeneile QueenOmega Osborne live on the main stage, finally became a Chalice-ite seeing Chalice Sound select for the first time in the Dub Forest; and met a whole bunch of amazing people including - finally - Jupter ✸ART and TAT✸ who has made me something gorgeous I'll finally be ready to release soon 👀👕

This weekend it's onto Manuel Dub 🇮🇹 for a weekend in Sicily! I play the night yard on Fri 7 August on 𝕯𝖚𝖇𝖆𝖙𝖗𝖎𝖆𝖙𝖎𝖔𝖓 🔊

43 degree dance 🥵🌡🇵🇹

Finished up marathon 3 days - 3 festivals - 3 countries with a dance in the 43degree Portugese heat. Thank you so much Simply Rockers Soundsystem for having me come at the controls at this legendary festival for Sunday's soundsystem closing session 🙌 🧡 a real honour and pleasure!

Trussssssssst when I say Scottish bodies aren't built for that heat 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🙅‍♀️⚠️, jheez, I thought I was gonna die trying to skank and run tunes. Sweatiest gig I have ever, ever played 🫠😅 thanks to everyone for keeping me hydrated / dousing me in water / understanding my lack of conversation cause the heat had turned my brain to soup 🍜

What a year so far and summer is nowhere near done. Few weeks of rest then back on the road ✌️ See you somewhere soon - DM me for booking info, open from October onwards 📆
