📊 Behind every challenge, there is a story. Behind every story, there is data that calls for
action.
As part of the EUth Voices Lab during the “Rural Voices” Youth Exchange, participants from six
European countries transformed research into a series of infographics highlighting some of the
biggest challenges faced by rural youth across Europe. By combining facts, statistics and
creative design, they explored issues that deserve greater visibility and stronger policy
responses:
🚍 Sustainable mobility
💼 Economic opportunities
🌿 Environmental protection
🎭 Access to culture and youth spaces.
These infographics remind us that rural communities are full of potential, but unlocking it
requires investment, participation and a genuine commitment to listening to young people.
Knowledge is the first step towards change, and informed voices are the ones that can shape a
more inclusive and resilient future for rural Europe.

📊 Detrás de cada reto, hay una historia. Detrás de cada historia, hay datos que nos invitan a
actuar.
Como parte del EUth Voices Lab durante el Intercambio Juvenil «Rural Voices», participantes
de seis países europeos transformaron la investigación en una serie de infografías que ponen
de relieve algunos de los mayores desafíos a los que se enfrenta la juventud rural en toda
Europa. Combinando datos, estadísticas y diseño creativo, exploraron cuestiones que merecen
una mayor visibilidad y respuestas políticas más sólidas:

🌿 Protección del medio ambiente
🎭 Acceso a la cultura y a espacios para la juventud.
Estas infografías nos recuerdan que las comunidades rurales están llenas de potencial, pero
para desarrollarlo es necesario invertir, fomentar la participación y comprometerse de verdad a
escuchar a las personas jóvenes. El conocimiento es el primer paso hacia el cambio, y son las
voces informadas las que pueden contribuir a construir un futuro más inclusivo y resiliente para
la Europa rural.

📢 What does it mean to give rural youth a voice?
During the Rural Voices Youth Exchange, participants from six European countries joined
forces in the EUth Voices Lab to transform the challenges faced by rural communities into
powerful awareness campaigns. Through creativity, teamwork and intercultural dialogue, they
designed a series of posters addressing issues that matter to young people across rural Europe.

💼 Economic opportunities close to home
🌿 Protecting natural environments
🎭 Creating spaces for culture and creativity.
These posters are more than visual designs, they are calls for action. They encourage
communities, decision-makers and young people themselves to reflect, start conversations and
work together towards more inclusive, resilient and vibrant rural areas.

📢 ¿Qué significa dar voz a la juventud rural?
Durante el Intercambio Juvenil Rural Voices, participantes de seis países europeos unieron
fuerzas en el EUth Voices Lab para transformar los desafíos de las comunidades rurales en
potentes campañas de sensibilización. A través de la creatividad, el trabajo en equipo y el
diálogo intercultural, diseñaron una serie de carteles sobre cuestiones que afectan a la juventud
de las zonas rurales de toda Europa.
🚍 Acceso al transporte público
💼 Oportunidades económicas cerca de casa
🌿 Protección de los entornos naturales
🎭 Creación de espacios para la cultura y la creatividad.
Estos carteles son mucho más que diseños visuales: son llamamientos a la acción. Invitan a las
comunidades, a las personas responsables de la toma de decisiones y a la propia juventud a
reflexionar, abrir el diálogo y trabajar conjuntamente para construir zonas rurales más
inclusivas, resilientes y dinámicas.

Finaliza el proyecto y nos gustaría dar las gracias a la asociación Asociación Enredados y a la asociación Filiala Asociatiei SE POATE. RURAL VOICES – DAY 8 (EN) Rural Voices deserve to be heard, and the EUth Voices Lab gave our participants the opportunity to transform ideas into impactful campaigns. 📢🎬 The videos and posters created reflected the challenges faced by rural youth while showcasing creativity and teamwork. 🎨🤝 The Portuguese Cultural Presentation and a debate workshop completed another inspiring day of learning and sharing. 🇵🇹🗣️ The White Night Party filled the evening with laughter, photos, and memories that will stay with us forever. 🤍📸

RURAL VOICES – DÍA 8 (ES) Las voces rurales merecen ser escuchadas y el EUth Voices Lab permitió transformar ideas en campañas con impacto. 📢🎬 Los vídeos y carteles elaborados reflejaron los retos de la juventud rural, demostrando creatividad y un gran trabajo en equipo. 🎨🤝

RURAL VOICES – DAY 7 (EN) Learning how to make our voices heard starts with understanding how democratic institutions work. 🏛️🗳️ Through a Parliament Simulation, participants stepped into different political roles, debated ideas, and searched for agreements that could benefit everyone. 🤝📜 The afternoon brought more cultural discoveries through inspiring presentations, lively dances, and traditions from two more participating countries. 💃🌍 Between stargazing and unforgettable conversations, every moment keeps bringing us closer together. ✨🌌

RURAL VOICES – DAY 6 (EN) Halfway through our youth exchange, we swapped the training room for the great outdoors. 🏕️🌿 Exploring the beautiful landscapes of Castilla-La Mancha allowed us to relax while discovering how rural areas can promote sustainable tourism and protect their natural heritage. 🚶‍♀️🌄 Every step brought us closer to nature and inspired us to imagine how rural youth can shape the future of their communities. 🌱💚 The European Night filled the evening with flavours, music, and traditions from across the continent. 🎉🍽️
