There’s something about making with your hands that nothing else quite replaces.

I started Amoeba to create a space to slow down, meet people, and make something together, and this workshop is exactly that. We’ll take a t-shirt or shirt you already own and give it a second life with crochet. No experience needed. Just bring a piece you’d like to reinvent and I’ll walk you through the rest.

It’s happening inside .zurich’s social market, so when you’re done you can stay for the vendors, the art exhibition, and a drink.
Saturday 19 September, 10:00 to 12:00 at gap’z house, Langstrasse 136.
CHF 55, crochet materials provided, just bring your own shirt, or t-shirt to redesign it together.

Trekking & Crochet Weekend in Weesen ⛰️🧶
🗓️12–14 June

This June, we’re welcoming summer the way we love most, moving through the mountains and creating with our hands.

Together with we’re heading to Weesen for a two-night mountain hut stay designed around our favorite things: trekking, crochet, and shared adventures in “las montañas”.

For three days, we’ll slow down and immerse ourselves in the rhythm of the Swiss Alps.

Over two days, we’ll hike two carefully selected scenic routes through the Swiss Alps.

On Saturday afternoon, as the sun begins to set behind the peaks, we’ll gather at our mountain hut for a crochet workshop hosted by

No previous experience is needed, just curiosity and open hands. Materials are provided, and the atmosphere will be relaxed, warm, and intentionally intimate.

We’ll stay in a traditional mountain hut, sleeping in shared dorm-style rooms. Simple, cozy, and surrounded by nature; the perfect setting to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with yourself and others.

All meals are included, from Friday dinner to Sunday’s packed lunch. Warm, nourishing food shared around the table after long days outdoors.

Step into an afternoon of creativity, mindful movement, and soulful connection at Soul City Zurich. Inspired by the renewal of spring, this retreat invites you to slow down, explore creative expression, and reconnect, with yourself and with others.

🗓 Saturday, 14th March
🕐 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
📍 Soul City Zurich

✨ Opening Ceremony | 1:00 – 1:20 PM
We begin the day with a grounding opening ceremony to connect as a group, set intentions, and gently arrive into the experience.

🌀 Workshop Sessions
The afternoon flows through three rotating workshop blocks, each lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes.
You’re welcome to join:
• One session
• Two sessions
• Or the full-day experience

Between sessions, relax in our chill-out area and enjoy additional creative moments.
