The eyes of photographer have captured 40 artists who shape the vibrant, soulful art scene of Mallorca. I’m honoured to be one of them.

🎨 A beautiful book was born from this project – with sensitive texts by and portraits full of presence. It will be presented alongside the photo exhibition „Great Artists of Mallorca“ at Galeria Gerhardt Braun. A celebration of artistic essence, stillness and expression. Many of the artists and Axel & Lizzy will be there.

Painted Lyrics is an art project by Claudia Keupen in December 2023.
The poetry and meaning of different song lyrics are the inspiration for this series, which consists of 32 works in a format of ca. 38 x 38 cm.
The abstract works on paper are dedicated to the spirit of the song that is hidden behind the words and the music.
