REMEMBRANCE: LETTERS AND POEMS FROM THE GREAT WAR
This week only at Networks Theatre.
It's a piece that we have so much affection for. The very special genre of War Poetry is celebrated in an extremely respectful and emotional multimedia presentation.
Specially chosen music and images and film footage from the period fill the screen as the actors perform these poems in a way that will touch your hearts. We'll hear some letters, sent over 100 years ago, that share the tragedy and fears of being apart and the fear that the author might not live until morning.
Accompanied by songs of the period that are full of hope and patriotism. We really hope you will join us. With a running time of 55 minutes we look forward to welcoming you in Networks Theatre.

We now have our cast ready to begin rehearsals for REMEMBRANCE. It's a powerful show that uses letters, poems, and stories from the Great War 1914 -1918 to describe the horror, the passion and the tragedy of conflict. We can't wait to get going on this and work together to recreate these emotional and heartbreaking stories. Last seen in 2014 it's a welcome return of this powerful night in the theatre.

Preview show: A few invited guests saw the show last night and what a great reaction. We had a very special guest. Jose Manuel Marcos who played Tom Canty in our 2005 production, came to see the show. The only public shows are Friday 9pm and Saturday 7pm.

One page of our history.
Our most recent theatre course, Christmas at the Majestic Hotel, opened with the guests arriving at the hotel. The guests signed in and we had a book on stage for them to sign.
Before throwing these pages out, I thought we'd publish one page. These actors offstage left their name on one of the pages, they made their doodles and wrote their sciblings which are now preserved here for posterity.
