Recibiendo este verano que se nos abre, celebramos un nuevo encuentro. Y esta vez será entre hombres, para indagar en nuestra identidad, nuestra pertenencia y nuestro propósito.

Será un retiro en la naturaleza, en nuestra preciosa en pensión completa, entre los maravillosos bosques, ríos y montañas de la Cerdanya.

Trabajaremos la historia que nos contamos de nosotros mismos y del mundo, a través de nuestro mito personal.

Meditaremos para (re)conocer lo que Somos, y acercarnos a la fuente de nuestro potencial natural con compasión y sabiduría.

Reposaremos la mente en el cuerpo con ayuda del movimiento auténtico y la educación somática.

Y celebraremos pequeños rituales simbólicos para descubrir y asentar nuestras buenas intenciones hacia nosotros mismos, nuestros hermanos y la vida que se nos abre.

Si sientes que este encuentro puede ser beficioso para ti y para otros amigos, hermanos, compañeros, escríbenos.

We are happy to announce a new Erasmus + Training Course, and this time for us is special. We will bring together the knowledge of different Contemplative traditions that our team is following for years with contemporary theories and techniques for self and co regulation that we are certified in. 

Meditation and Embodiment, from a Buddhist, Sufist and Taoist point of view to enrich with these ancient backgrounds our current knowledge on the nervous system, the body and the mind. 

Getting to know ourselves better allows us to be more empathetic and responsible towards others. Emptying ourselves allows us to be more available to others and life itself. Nature does the rest

This is a Training course for social actors in youth. For us, working with youngsters is social change and social change is personal, so we ask participants to be open to try within themselves our methodology so they can integrate it in their work with other people.

The training will happen again in a place we already feel home, Sanillés (Catalan Pyrenees, Spain) for the starting of the autumn 23/09-2/10

It will be facilitated by and .ahfalla 

This program is co-founded by the European Union that not only prepares for war or deportation but also for non formal education even beyond it's borders and we want to defend that and be responsive for the importance of these programmes

A week of embodiment, storytelling, movement, creativity and community — exploring how body and stories can support connection, expression and youth work.

The training takes place in a modern farmhouse in Habří, surrounded by the nature of the Vysočina region, Czechia.

La formación tendrá lugar en una casa rural moderna en Habří, rodeada por la naturaleza de la región de Vysočina, República Checa.
