Salida del Sol Salida del Sol brings together musicians and artists from all over the world, to create a unique and innovative Festival.

Salida del Sol III, from 1st to 8th October, brings together international musicians, artists, authors, film makers and dancers in a unique and innovative way, never before seen in this part of the world, whilst supporting the CUDECA Cancer Hospice. This Festival runs for 8 days, 7 nights, with a Soiree on every evening. The Soiree involves music, art, canapés and wine, all in the beautiful surrou

nds of AVANTO Beachside Restaurant. This stunning venue will host the most original, innovative and creative Festival in this part of the world. Music, Art, Dance, Food and Wine fused together in a melting pot of inspiration that will serve to enrich ones life for months to come. The diversity of the Festival is extraordinary, where we open with the Atlantic Folk Trio (a twist on celtic music), leading into a solo piano recital, followed by Piano Trio del Sol, solo violin recital and one of Europe's finest counter tenors, and much more, all surrounded by the Art of 25 leaders in their field. Salida Del Sol Festival

Salida del Sol brings together musicians and artists from all over the world, to create a unique and innovative Festival. This Festival runs for 8 days, 7 nights, with a Soiree on every evening. The Soiree involves music, art, dance, book readings, canapés and wine, all in the beautiful surrounds of AVANTO Beachside Restaurant. This stunning venue will host the most original, innovative and creative Festival in this part of the world, all fused together in a melting pot of inspiration that will serve to enrich ones life for months to come.

The theme of this years Festival is PEACE: Building Bridges through the Arts.

This year we introduce our Young Artists in Residence, The Rahman String Quartet from Estonia. We also will launch a new opera, Giacomo´s Muse, by Philip Henderson and directed by the world famous Tony Palmer (www.tonypalmer.org). Our retiring stars include Justin Kim (counter tenor), Marisol Lee (violin), Young Kwon Choi (piano). We will also enjoy the pleasure of a traditional Turkish group, all coming together in the spirit of this years theme, PEACE, with each evening beginning with an educational focus 1 hour before the Soiree begins. This focus will take the form of presentations, audience participation, and round table discussions on music and the arts. The Festival will include 22 international musicians, all surrounded by an Art exhibition of 10, from all over the world.
