A little bit about me…✨

I have been training in pilates for 6 years now, my love for pilates was always with the reformer but when lockdown came I became obsessed with the mat technique! So I’ve incorporated my love for both to be able to teach both mat and equipment Pilates (I love the wunda chair too!).

I started my teacher training almost 4 years ago but my full focus wasn’t quite there so I came back to it last year, after a lot of revision & practice I did my exams and now here I am, a fully qualified instructor looking forward to helping you all reach your potentials 💪

Congratulations to our Owner and lead instructor David for successfully completing the Ladybower 53 km Ultramarathon. Ultras are generally run on technical trails with difficult terrain and significant elevation. A massive challenge for the core and lower extremity biomechanics. The core strengthening, body balancing and mobility drills we do so much at Vidda Pilates prove here will really help maintain our youth and build our foundation. Well done hubby I’m so proud of you. Keep it up (with less talking and better jokes) Lorena x

After almost 17 years and a little girl together we got married. It was just us and our two lovely friends and whiteness and . Lovely day and stress free❤️

On Sunday, 11th December, David (our lead instructor) runs the Malaga 42 km marathon.

We have chosen Casa Ángeles as our charity to raise money for. This is a center in Marbella for children with special needs. We think what they are doing is incredible and really deserves support.
