TERAQ VILLA emerges from the semi-desert landscape as if carved directly from the earth. Geometric volumes, warm mineral tones and still water define a language where architecture becomes atmosphere.

Between courtyards, reflections and shadows, every space frames the desert differently — creating moments of pause, intimacy and connection with the landscape. A contemporary retreat inspired by timeless architectural principles, where mass, light and emptiness coexist in balance.
