We’re proud to announce that Begin Again Films has joined Paula & Hortência – The Last Chance as its international sales agent. 🏀
Directed by Georgia Guerra Peixe and written by Patricia Corso, the film tells the story of two legends who changed Brazilian basketball. Through Paula’s eyes, it explores the rivalry and partnership behind their journey to the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.
We fell in love with the project from the beginning. Its distinctive voice, strong cinematic identity and blend of emotion and originality reflect what we look for at Begin Again. Basketball also speaks to values we share: passion, effort, teamwork and resilience.
Thank you to Café Royal, TREMA FILMES and Belladonna Productions for trusting us to bring this story to international audiences. Congratulations to the whole team.
