This ceramic piece was created as a gift for my yoga teacher 🤍
A figure sheltered by a leaf - a symbol of inner space, where one can simply be, beyond roles and forms.
Yoga in my life is not only about movement of the body
It is a pause
A return to breath, to sensations, to inner stillness
A place where I learn to listen to myself, slow down, trust the process, and find support within rather than outside
This piece is a gesture of gratitude for the path, the gentleness, and the space you create ✨

🎨 Bienvenidos a ARTroof – El Ático Creativo en Estación de Cártama!
¡Estamos abriendo un nuevo estudio de arte donde la creatividad y la imaginación cobran vida! 🌟

✨ Lo que ofrecemos: Los talleres serán bilingües: cada 15 minutos iremos cambiando de idioma, un poco en inglés y un poco en español.
* Pintura – exploramos colores y técnicas
* Manualidades – creamos piezas únicas hechas a mano
* Arteterapia – conectamos con nuestras emociones a través del arte

👧👦 Tenemos grupos para niños, adolescentes y adultos – ¡todos son bienvenidos!
👥 Cada grupo tendrá un límite de 8 personas por clase, y el horario se elegirá según lo que mejor convenga a todos los participantes.
