Great vibes yesterday at the Binghatti London headquarters, the World Leading Luxury Properties developers in Dubai, famous for their futuristic developments and branded residencies such as Mercedes and Bugatti.
I was selected by CMAA Art advisory to exhibit at the event with one of my Dali (El Gen) and an iconic horse from my equestrian series (Both available on Artsy.com).
A big thank to Chrissy Moore, an angel come into my life.. her level of professionalism and kindness goes beyond art advisory or representation, where she already excels!
The event (still on in London) is an eclectic blend of some very talented artists from different countries, being introduced to the Luxury Property market, with top of the game partners such as Binghatti Properties Dubai and Belli International Real Estate.
I often write articles and comments about the importance of art in luxury developments, and how can it make a difference in interiors.
My minimalist new - pop contemporary art collection, makes a bold visual statement which ignites a deep emotional connection with its audience, by telling a unique story. I believe in art that belongs to a space, not that merely fit, in a decorative way.
Art is the biggest opportunity in luxury property developments to tell unique stories, to ignite emotional connections to buyers and generate free marketing. And the best side? It’s not even a purchase, but an investment which will increase value in time.
As an emerging to mid-career artist, my art is currently offering a proven minimum 25% average annual return.
I am open to a limited annual number of selected collaborations for commercial bespoke projects and partnerships.
