µN¡√∑®∫ØM∑N†∑ was founded in the year 2000 as an independent laboratory for experimental communication and advanced interaction techniques. We stimulate collaborations with artists, programmers, hackers and confabulators who share our goal of poetically interpreting technological processes. The focus of its work is research and development in the fields of HCI (Human Computer Interaction) experiences using real-time audiovisual systems, telepresence and augmented space. Universomente has created sensitive technologies with artistic, educational and therapeutic purposes; although it’s been mainly for fun.
