We are pleased to announce we are now both Reiki practitioners. Just spent a lovely weekend studying and practicing Reiki course level 1 in a beautiful retreat near Loja in Spain. A new experience for us which has opened our eyes to the energy surrounding us all and how we can self heal and help heal others.
