We have been working very hard towards this opportunity to offer prospective students on the Costa Del Sol exceptional training and accredited examinations (Royal Academy of Dance)!!

Introducing our Co-owners:

Grace Melissa Dearden (ISTD, IDTA, PBT, PDTD Royal Academy of Dance)

Grace is a professional dancer and teacher
with performing experience onboard prestigious cruise liners such as Costa Cruises (Costa Magica), MSC cruises (Msc Poesia, Msc Magnifica) and more.

Grace is also a qualified dance teacher for the *IDTA (International Dance Teachers
Association)
*ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing)
*PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique)
*RAD (Royal Academy of Dance)
Having many years of teaching experience already under her belt.

Grace performed on the Msc Magnifica as a production guest artist on their world cruise (Duo silks, Duo Adagio),
Was a professional production dancer onboard Msc Poesia for 4 consecutive contracts.
With Louis Olympia (Now Celestyal) as a
production Singer/Dancer
And was on the Costa Magica as a production
Singer/Dancer
where she was also the Dance Captain and covered the
Production manager position.

Grace graduated from performing arts college in London, England but has been involved in
theatre work and performing from a very young age.

Having classical ballet training has given her a strong technique and she is also an
advanced tap and modern dancer, but has a love of all styles of dance.

Grace comes from an already musical family, with her mother- Rosemary Dearden, as an ex professional Ballerina with the Northern Ballet Theatre company and owning her own dance school for 25 years in the UK,
Her father- Guy Dearden being a professional pianist owning his own business website Theatre Music Shop and
her cousin- Georgina Parkinson who is involved in performing in Londons West End. (Shows include, Shrek the musical, Seven brides for seven brothers and Currently performing in Joseph and the Technicolor dreamcoat.

Grace has a warm and friendly personality, is very hard working, enthusiastic and loves to
meet and work with new people!

Introducing our Co-owners:

Dahlia Helsby FDA Acting and BA (Hons) Drama

Dahlia trained professionally at Bird College in Musical Theatre and Acting and has been a passionate performer from a young age.
​
She then went on to assist the Musical Theatre teaching staff for a further year teaching classes and directing pieces collaborating directly with the head of musical theatre.

She has been editing for Vocal Reels London and JW Productions for the past few years and regularly returns to London as a production assistant at JW Productions filming and editing for West End theatre's and performers!

Dahlia has a passion for inspiring and encouraging creativity in young people and has been teaching Performing Arts since the age of 21. She is an experienced Singer/Actress having worked with a variety of industry professionals during and after training.

She has been teaching singing and acting since leaving college with students going onto drama schools throughout the UK or cast in musicals- recent students have been cast in Joseph and The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, West End and offered places at Laine Theatre Arts, Performers College, Bird College, Morea Performing Arts, SLP College and Institute of the Arts Barcelona amongst others.

She is influenced and works with the Estill Singing Technique currently used in Drama Schools, West End and on Broadway.
