Introducing our Co-owners:
Grace Melissa Dearden (ISTD, IDTA, PBT, PDTD Royal Academy of Dance)
Grace is a professional dancer and teacher
with performing experience onboard prestigious cruise liners such as Costa Cruises (Costa Magica), MSC cruises (Msc Poesia, Msc Magnifica) and more.
Grace is also a qualified dance teacher for the *IDTA (International Dance Teachers
Association)
*ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing)
*PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique)
*RAD (Royal Academy of Dance)
Having many years of teaching experience already under her belt.
Grace performed on the Msc Magnifica as a production guest artist on their world cruise (Duo silks, Duo Adagio),
Was a professional production dancer onboard Msc Poesia for 4 consecutive contracts.
With Louis Olympia (Now Celestyal) as a
production Singer/Dancer
And was on the Costa Magica as a production
Singer/Dancer
where she was also the Dance Captain and covered the
Production manager position.
Grace graduated from performing arts college in London, England but has been involved in
theatre work and performing from a very young age.
Having classical ballet training has given her a strong technique and she is also an
advanced tap and modern dancer, but has a love of all styles of dance.
Grace comes from an already musical family, with her mother- Rosemary Dearden, as an ex professional Ballerina with the Northern Ballet Theatre company and owning her own dance school for 25 years in the UK,
Her father- Guy Dearden being a professional pianist owning his own business website Theatre Music Shop and
her cousin- Georgina Parkinson who is involved in performing in Londons West End. (Shows include, Shrek the musical, Seven brides for seven brothers and Currently performing in Joseph and the Technicolor dreamcoat.
Grace has a warm and friendly personality, is very hard working, enthusiastic and loves to
meet and work with new people!
