Team Barbados Sim Racing Trials

Caribbean Sim Motorsport and the Barbados Motoring Federation is pleased to announce the Team Barbados Sim Racing Trials. This event will determine the Team Barbados' representative for the FIA Motorsport Games to be held October 26th -30th at the Paul Ricard Circuit in Marseille, France. The winner of the trials will travel to Paul Ricard, all expenses paid for.

Game: Assetto Corsa Competizione
Platform: PC Only
Participation Requirements: Must be 16 years or over on October 28th, 2022 and must be a Barbadian Citizen and have the ability to provide proof if you win the trials.

There will be 3 Point scoring components to the trials:
- A hot lap competition hosted by the FIA in-game that runs from August 5th to August 22nd
- A Sprint Race (25 Mins) on August 21st @ 2:00 PM AST (Barbados)
- A Feature Race (1 Hour) on August 21st @ 3:30 PM AST (Barbados)

The driver with the most points will be selected by CSM and BMF to represent Barbados.

Assetto Corsa (PC) drivers, tomorrow we are starting the CSM Formula Series from Barcelona. These will be quick sprint races approximately 20 minutes with no pit stop. The entire session should last about an hour.

Event starts @ 3 PM AST.
