I use some form of logic, making references to nature, also into human nature, leaving room for ambiguity.

Yesterday I had a pleasure to be part of the group exhibition 'Blau' organised in in Portocolom, Mallorca.
This inaugural summer evening was full of joyful conversation, meetings with artists and visitors 🥂
The exhibition remain open for the whole summer, until the end of September.

The painting ‘A blue point of view’ touches on the subject, how one’s expectations can influence ours and make an impact on us.
By setting realistic expectations and practicing acceptance, we can foster a healthier mindset and improve overall well-being.

‘A blue point of view’ is an abstract, acrylic, monochromatic painting with seagrass Posidonia oceanica called - Neptune grass or Neptune balls. These natural formations are a testament to the health of the marine environment and are often found along the beaches of Mallorca.

'A blue point of view" is a mixed media 89x116 cm painting on a cotton canvas.

It is a part od the cycle 'Expectations' which investigates how beliefs and expectations influence the human experience. The gap between expectations and reality creates disappointment. The painting ‘A blue point of view’ touches on the subject, how one’s expectations can influence ours and make an impact on us.

'Expectations - Magenta', contemporary, mixed media artwork on a cotton canvas 80x60 cm. Shiny acrylic background reflects shadows of red-magenta Posidonia seagrass balls.
This painting refers to the previous painting called 'Expectations - Blau' where Posidonia balls stayed within framework of blue hemisphere-like shapes, remaining almost symmetrical to each other. In 'Expectations - Magenta' Posidonia balls left sandy-like, structured color spaces to move freely across the painting.

It is 80x60 cm acrylic painting on a cotton canvas with a domination of color magenta-red and seagrass Posidonia oceanica called - Neptune grass or Neptune balls. These natural formations are a testament to the health of the marine environment and are often found along the beaches of Mallorca.
They beautifully make shadows on a silver background.
