Today I’m sharing the story behind this painting!

It is titled “Visions of Subjectivity” and was created by the painter Diego Villalba.
This work does not depict a real landscape. It is a territory built from memory, where the images seem to exist constantly between appearance and disappearance, like a memory trying to reveal itself or fading away.

Todo parece en calma… aunque todo está en tránsito.
Un devenir constante hacia lo que ya no es, o está a punto de dejar de ser.

Los pintores Diego Villalba y Joaquín Lalanne expusieron en la Fundación Pablo Atchugarry, y más recientemente, Carlos Presto participó en una exposición en el MACA.
El arte se construye así: con artistas, con instituciones y con personas que hacen que todo sea posible.

Some of the artists from Blanco Mora Art Gallery have been part of this project.
Painters Diego Villalba and Joaquín Lalanne exhibited at the Pablo Atchugarry Foundation, and more recently, Carlos Presto took part in an exhibition at MACA.

El escultor Pablo Atchugarry fundó el MACA, el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo Atchugarry,
y así nació un lugar donde el arte deja de ser contemplado
para ser vivido.

Today I’m sharing with you the vision of an artist.
He imagined a space where art could be experienced in a different way.
The sculptor Pablo Atchugarry founded MACA, the Atchugarry Museum of Contemporary Art,
and thus a place was born where art is no longer only contemplated
but truly experienced.

Aujourd’hui, je vous parle de la vision d’un artiste.
Il a imaginé un espace où l’art pourrait être vécu autrement.
