This weekend we open another space of depth, presence, and conscious communication.
Once again we will be hosting two powerful trainings guided by Donal Gannon, designed to strengthen resilience, honesty, and relational courage:

Transform limiting communication habits into responses that nourish connection. Learn to distinguish observations, feelings, needs, and requests, and step out of blame, pressure, and old patterns that keep us stuck.

✨ 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡
A day to practice courageous, clear, and compassionate expression. Share what truly matters without collapsing or attacking, creating relationships with more authenticity and emotional depth.

The trainings take place in 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲, a coliving space and Ecovillage Laboratory in southern Spain.
You are welcome to extend your stay and become part of our ongoing community exploration, either in our comfortable artistic coliving house (with coworking space, lounge areas, whirlpool, and more), or in our nearby paradise valley, surrounded by treehouses, clay buildings, caves, and artistic permaculture spaces in direct contact with the elements.

Stay for weeks or months. Work exchange options are available.

We’re now four workshops in, and I’m still surprised by how deeply this journey keeps touching my Kenyan soul. Every session feels like a small awakening, sometimes gentle, sometimes powerful, always real. What moves me the most is the mix of people who show up: different cultures, different life stories, some with years of experience in these practices and others stepping in wide-eyed, like it’s their first day of school. And somehow… we all meet in the same place of curiosity, humility, and willingness.

There have been moments of raw vulnerability that opened my heart in ways I didn’t expect. And then the evenings, cooking together, laughing, playing, letting the day settle inside us, these moments of simple connection have felt just as important as the workshops themselves. I’m honestly grateful for every person who has sat in the circle.

And now, as we approach the final workshop of this series on the weekend of the 6th and 7th (December), I feel a genuine desire to extend this invitation to you.

After a year of different experiences living together in community, what we have learnt has birthed the realisation of the importance of the following workshops.

This November and December, we’ll host the amazing trainings of Donal Gannon, integrated into our Season of Transformation , a living community journey at Resonancia Community in Southern Spain.

You can join for individual training days, weekends, or even several months, combining learning, contribution, and immersion in nature.

An Amazing New Collaboration! 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

For our Autumn and Winter Community Exploration, we are thrilled to welcome Donal Gannon with his powerful trainings:

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 - a series of 8 experiential trainings on cultivating thriving relationships and building conscious community.
All within the container of the 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, a living community exploration where the learned skills can be practiced, embodied, and deepened. Offered at an accessible rate that supports long-term integration, with even the possibility of work exchange opportunities.

Last year brought us a big realization: beyond all the practical skills we value in our Resonancia Community and 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 experience, one ability stands out as absolutely central, the practice of 𝐍𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and the willingness to step out of victim or blame postures.

Everything else gets a mess when the drama triangle takes over, and when violent communication feeds disconnection.
Even during the NomadNatureTemple - A Summer for Wild Hearts and Free Souls - Eros Lab, nothing matters more than the skills of conscious communication and the capacity to navigate group dynamics with sovereign self-responsibility, without falling into victimhood or blame.

That’s when we decided to bring stronger focus to embodying and experimenting with these essential skills within our communitarian journeys.
With this intention, a new collaboration quickly emerged with the amazing Donal Gannon, whom we already knew from previous community-building processes. Together, we shaped this new container - the Season of Transformation.

Our new format of seasonal community exploration, combined with integrated trainings in communication, connection, and self-responsibility, offers a truly powerful opportunity for learning and transformation - at a very affordable rate.

We are deeply excited, and we hope many of you will join us!
