After a long break since 2020 we would like to present …

Artist Elia Sabato’s new series “Speculazioni Fluidi”. In contrast to his previous concept of geometry, he captures the moment of expression and plays freely with abstract form, in which you can experience infinite possibilities of your favorite perspective.

Sabato also has a surprise new element to this series, which will be revealed for the first time during our interactive game “WE ARE THE DEVICE” on the opening day.

We will have a special guest Alberto Dambruoso from I Martedì Critici who will give an introduction of the artist and his artistic world. I Martedì Critici is a gathering of art critics that happens every Tuesday in Rome and other cities in Italy.

We are in collaboration with I Martedì Critici and Espronceda Institute of Art and Culture in Barcelona.

Hi everyone!
We will hold our first ZENERGIZE Workshop this Saturday, 7th March with Lisa Life.

Lisa Life is a certified NLP Coach, Timeline®️ Therapist and Hypnotherapist and Access Consciousness Facilitator. She has 22 years of experience leading workshops and facilitating groups, 13 years of Kung Fu training and 10 years as a Qigong and Tai Chi practitioner.

Zenergize®️ is a culmination hybrid class that she has devised and developed over a 4 year period whilst living in the Besparmak Mountains of North Cyprus between 2014 - 2018.
It utilizes a series of exercises to help balance and align the body-mind-spirit connection. Using a combination of Qigong, Tai Chi, Breath work & Meditation, each class includes guided visualisation. The focus is on being in balance and the techniques are adaptable to all levels of fitness and ability.

This workshop will be a good introduction to ZENERGIZE. Join us on Saturday for this mind-body-spirit experience.

Wear comfortable loose clothing and layers for warmth. You can bring your water and mat for the guided relaxation at the end of the session (we can also provide water and mat at the studio).

Sowing The Seeds, a sustainability organization that I'm part of, have an environmental talk event on Waste Management, with special guest from Generalitat Catalunya, who will answered some of our questions on how the garbage problem is being handled and what we can do to help.
