This weekend, the 74th edition of the San Sebastián International Film Festival begins (SSIFF | Festival de San Sebastián)

We’re happy to see the work of some of our DOPs featured across these projects.

Part of the Perlak, Made in Spain and New Directors sections, and three more projects included in the festival’s programme.

Congratulations to all the teams behind them, and especially to the DOPs! 🫂✨

Natural light plays an important role in Alex Arteaga’s work, alongside a precise eye for framing and movement. His projects can be energetic and dynamic, while quieter moments keep the image feeling natural and considered.

He has a natural way of bringing people, spaces and the main subject of each scene together, using light and texture to add depth and character to the image.

Based in Madrid, Alex works with teams across Europe and the US, always looking to explore new places, ideas and influences.

Welcome Alex Arteaga to the Planb family as a New Talent. 👋🏻
