It is a space dedicated to exploring these sciences and invoking these personalized experiences using The Shamanic Yogi Process - a combination of Ancient Eastern philosophies & practices (Yoga/Advaita) with the Ancient Western methods of elementally

induced inner journeys (Shamanism/Vision Quests). This process is a holistic and efficient method of awakening to the singularity, of shedding false perceptions and inspiring a mastery of life. Only through personal experience can you come to understand the mysteries of life and awaken to your highest potential. Although faith or study can cultivate a strong belief it is only through experience that we come to a true knowing. The Ancient Sciences are designed to evolve your perception of life using this exact model- by guiding you to an actual experience. An experience that is unique to you, revealing the purpose of your existence and empowering you to recognize and harness your unique talents. There are more than 25 different cultures that each celebrate the start of a "New Year" on a different date.... Sun cycles, moon cycles, flowering cycles and more ... Interesting to think about what makes it a "start" to a year... Nonetheless, the commonality between these cultures and dates is that they are all focused on celebrating the past and creating intentions for the future.

By recognizing completed cycles, it gives us an opportunity to look back and celebrate our lives, evaluate our accomplishments and measure our growth. It also encourages us to look forward to the future, to set goals, aim for greater achievements and to improve the lives of ourselves and those around us.

I wish for us all to recognize and appreciate the growth we have had so far on this journey and to aim to become the most beautiful, wise, loving versions of ourselves that we can imagine!

Today’s solstice marks the shortest day, the least amount of daylight of the year, and it also marks the longest day! — It’s interesting to remember that the vastness of life is happening simultaneously through all of us, and that the various perspectives can be completely different from our own. Let it all happen, no judgements, just awe.

This year apart from our community has been something that words cannot express, but I feel your blessings and trust you feel mine as we navigate these strange times.

I am so honored to work with my Native American auntie to create this song and blessing that brings us all together through humility and respect for the Great Spirit of nature. May We All Walk in Beauty... in acceptance and respect.

I feel a lot during this abrupt change to our beautiful community, but it all comes down to the same point- that I love you all. .... We will continue our journeys together soon enough- exciting weekend programs are on the horizon for Ancient Feathers and I look forward to that time together!

It is Love. A feeling of sadness for the separation, and gratitude for the vision of our future together and excitement for the evolution that occurs through acts of change.

This heaviness in my heart that I have in sharing this news is a feeling of adoration for you all, for the community that we have formed together, one that I don't want to disrupt.

Ancient Feathers Sanctuary has been the most beautiful community space that I've ever stewarded. Through our gatherings and our work we have created a beautiful community of people truly devoted to the heart. We have empowered each other to truly step into embodying that wisdom into our everyday lives, and we've witnessed immense growth in many ways. I'm so thankful for all of you who have helped create the space and community through your presence and support.

After questioning and checking in with the heart we have come to accept that the flow of the universe has inspired us to flip our commute and to base ourselves here in California where we have been for the past season. This means that Ancient Feathers Sanctuary will transition into hosting events and workshops occasionally throughout the year. In fact, we have been working on a project with a property just outside the city for a number of months and are very excited for this evolution of the practice and community!

Shamanic Yoga workshops, retreats and events will be held a few times a year in beautiful locations to deepen our journey inward and to continue the exploration into the heart of life, and we will maintain our mission to empower us all as individuals and as a community to live life in the most real and wise way.

This is not goodbye, it is simply the winds of change and the adaptations to it. Our community will celebrate together in person soon and often- I look forward to that day with great anticipation!

I love you all and thank you with all of my heart for the love and joy you have brought to my life and our space.

It's been so great to continue having our sessions together online over Zoom during our separation! As lockdown in Barcelona eases, our session times and "free movement" times conflict, so for the next few weeks I am available for private sessions serving groups or individuals.
