About the wall:

If we talk about something we all have in common, perhaps one of the things we tend to leave at the bottom of the list is that we all dream, in one way or another. Dreams have always played an important role in our lives, and yet we’re still far from fully understanding their true nature. Dreaming is creating in its purest form, and paper has long been the medium that has allowed great dreamers to bring their ideas to life. To dream is to fly, and to fly is to experience the world from a different perspective. The mural reflects these ideas; the figure of the paper bird not only represents the act of flying but also embodies multiple meanings: creation, imagination, the versatility of the material (fragile or sturdy depending on how it’s shaped), and, of course, the local wildlife of the environment where the artwork is displayed. This mural is an invitation to reflect on these ideas, on what happens within our own dreams, and on how we might learn from them.
