RUGGEDIZED SESSIONS BCN

Ruggedized Sessions is a live music event, and it features some of the most exciting live-bands and musicians alive, from Spain and from the rest of the world. Whether you are a postman or a rockstar, you will feel at home. Where:

Ruggedized Sessions takes place at several places, mainly in and around Barcelona, and occasionally in other countries.

- Reial Club Maritim

- Barcelona is an old yacht-club from 1902. It's a peculiar and prestigious place that has been visited by countless sailors, royalty and other obscurities from far and near. It has a large terrace outside with outstanding views all over downtown Barcelona and the port and an outdoor swimming-pool for taking a dip in the summer-months. Normally club maritim is only open for it's club members, but at the Ruggedized Sessions events it will be open for the public. If you haven't yet been there, this is your chance to check out a piece of Barcelona history.

- The Quiet Man - Named after a legendary Irish movie, is the oldest Irish pub in Barcelona, and arguably the one with the strongest atmosphere and character. Live room in the back, pool and fuzzball, chillout saloon at the front. With it's dark wooden features and low lights, it has the perfect vibe for a splendid evening of Ruggedized music and happiness.

- Tinta Roja - it's a small place with an amazing atmosphere. When you enter the Tinta Roja, you feel transported back to the 40's. It has a bar on the front, and a live stage and concert room at the back. The furniture and every detail about this place is extremely thoughtfully done. Tinta Roja is without doubt one of the most unique venues in Spain.
